Alx has just pointed out that the README.txt file tells you that you need to install the HTTP_Response package. Unfortunately, this package doesn't exist. What I meant to type was that you need the HTTP_Request package. If you've been having trouble installing it for that reason, installing that package should fix it. Fortunately, I think that it's a common package to come preinstalled with some packaging systems (go Debian!)
